Dragon Jam Studios
Dragon Jam has music rehearsal studios in a historic building in Montréal’s Chinatown. We offer a high-quality, centrally located space for working musicians and committed hobbyists who need a reliable, well-equipped room to rehearse.
Our rooms are professionally treated for sound and kept clean, comfortable, and climate-controlled. The setup, gear, and layout are chosen by musicians and acoustic specialists to make rehearsals clear, punchy, and easy to manage.
We’re a 3-minute walk from the métro, with straightforward load-in access and rates that stay reasonable for regular practice.
The Big Room
The BIG room is 375 sq ft. Great for big groups; can host 9+ musicians. High-end climate control & air circulation system – fresh, clean air and comfortable temperature all rehearsal long. Sound-treated space for great acoustics, High ceilings and Full Backline Included. Ideal for rehearsals.

The Pod
The POD is a 220 sq ft state-of-the-art Mecart pod – fully isolated, purpose-built rehearsal cube. High-end climate control & air circulation system – fresh, clean air and comfortable temperature all rehearsal long. Sound-treated space – bass traps and acoustic carpeting for tight low end and clear, pro-quality sound. Backline Included. Ideal for recording.
